Great article and explanation of the ILC landscape. I didn't realize there were just 24. I honestly think this is more of a PR thing a la Tailfin Labs. Or perhaps it's some sort of agreement that gives Walmart non-compete access to Ribbit's startups (ie- no Amazon or Target). Can such a thing exist?
