Having worked in backend finance, specifically communications compliance for a 3rd party vendor for all major U.S. bank’s credit cards, I can tell you that any problems with fraud must be dealt with as a crime.🎯

First, place a freeze on all credit reporting agencies. Collect all documentation of fraud, including the “businesses used to facilitate the fraud”.

*In all Criminal Reports, Identify the fraud as part of a National and international Crime Ring in all documents, and NAME ALL BUSINESSES AND INSTITUTIONS INVOLVED IN THE CRIME AS FACILITATING FRAUD THROUGH THEIR OPEN PLATFORMS*

File local police report, in person, which includes reporting against all the businesses facilitating the fraud, using gathered evidence. Make PDF’s of all documents, including the detailed police report. File a FTC fraud complaint, add it to your document file, File a FBI fraud complaint, add to your file, file Attorney General complaints in all pertinent jurisdictions (some have special Seniors Divisions to add additional complaint), Then File the CFPB complaint, against all financial institutions involved, make sure to include copies of all enforcement agencies complaint docs.

Then send all documentation, Certified Mail, to the real incorporated Headquarters after researching the true owners & stated headquarters of Fictitious Entity, Attention to the owners, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer. If you want to get the most attention, have a Consumer Attorney on board for the complaint letters to the businesses & institutions, after all, unless they are extremely proactive, they are participating in financially damaging you for eternity.
